Best and worst Auto care in Abudhabi

For the past couple of weeks, I was facing an issue with my car. Every morning, there was a starting problem.

Once the car started in the morning, it worked perfectly throughout the day until night. The same issue happened again the next morning.

I went to a nearby service center for a check-up. They inspected everything and informed me that all was fine, and they couldn’t identify the cause of the problem.

Later, we searched on Google and found an auto care center.

Their website looked professional, and the reviews also seemed good. So, we called them and visited their workshop.

The auto care center looked very neat and professional everything felt perfect. The reception staff were very friendly.

They clearly asked questions about the issue and requested us to wait in the waiting hall.

The waiting area was comfortable, with water bottles and air conditioning. After a few hours, they came back with a handwritten report and some videos.

Throughout the entire process, they explained everything clearly with video evidence about the car. It looked very professional.

They asked for my mobile number, which I provided.

They said the team was on a break and mentioned that they would send the report, videos, and invoice to my WhatsApp once they returned.

After that, I was supposed to make the payment.

However, nothing happened for the entire day. I didn’t receive any issue report, invoice, or video related to my car.

I even called them again. Another person answered and said they would share everything within five minutes—but still, nothing came.

✓Maybe they entered the wrong mobile number.

✓Maybe they forgot.

✓Maybe the message was not communicated internally.

Whatever the reason, their entire professional setup and service experience was wasted due to improper communication.
